PrimeStack Services LLC agrees to provide the services outlined in the project proposal or invoice. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be subject to additional fees.
Payments are due as specified in the invoice. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of project completion.
Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables (website code, designs, data lists). PrimeStack retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless an NDA is signed.
The client agrees to provide necessary information, content, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays from the client's side may affect project timelines.
PrimeStack Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom.
